  TELEHEALTH BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY FOR ADVANCED MEDICAL PROVIDERS

The following states are currently under USBD Housecalls operation:

   Florida, Georgia, Utah & California

  1099  POSITION( PRN)

We have an amazing opportunity to earn extra money helping seniors citizens In your state!

We recruit & train medical providers on a business model for Telehealth home based services such as:

-Primary Care & Transition Care

-Psychiatry & Behavioral Health Service

-Palliative Care Service

-For patients restricted to their place of residence due to physical or mental disability

90% Telehealth house calls & 10% physical house calls (home visits) for frail & no technology patients

Physical house calls will be within and around of your county of residence

Medical Provider responsibilities per Medicare guidelines

-Upon receiving referral of patient please contact the referring Home Health agency on the same day

-Call the patient within  24 hours to set up appointment.

-Schedule PROVIDER VISIT within 48- 72 hrs.

-Establish plan for Medical Care during and after the visit.

-Call in prescriptions to pharmacy.

-Complete Provider Documentation note in Microsoft Word. Note should be available within the week for Home Health Agency earlier if patient is sicker than usual.

-Respond to family and agency nurses questions to make patient care service safe & reliable.

REQUIREMENTS

House Call PCP candidate must have the patience and perseverance to work with senior citizens and senior care professionals in the community.

COMPENSATION

First visit  $100 all subsequent visits with the same patient $50.

MALPRACTICE COVERAGE PROVIDED

This is a PRN position only. There is no need to change your current job. We will work around your current schedule and you will make patient care appointment depending on your time availability.

A U.S.B.D corporate contract must be signed and returned before on boarding, orientation, and first patient referral.
